Here is my first ornament of the year for my project Stitching for a cure. I stitched this freebie blackwork piece by Kristine Herber of Dragonfly Stitches. I made a flat ornament and backed it with some purple ribbon fabric. I trimmed it with some coffee dyed lace and then used some of the beads from the ornament to make a hanger.
