My January Ornaments

Mistletoad from Lizzie Kate's Tiny Tidings X

Stitched on 18 ct hand dyed fabric

Using DMC, Needle Necisities and Fuzzy Stuff

My first ornament for 2009. I actually finished this late Friday night, January 30th. I had started it way back in November but it got put aside. I only had a couple of hours left to stitch to finish it up.

My second ornament I finished stitching on Saturday so it gives me two for January. Again it is one that is one that I started but didn't finish in 08.

Since February is a short month I hope I can get at least one finished. :)

Cardinals are my mum's favourite bird after seeing them on holiday in the USA, so I particularly love that one. Of course you will get one done this month - just abandon the ironing - I do!

The LK ornament is very cute and whimsical! And the PS ornament is just so very pretty. Love them both -- looking forward to seeing them finished. :)
